What is Henryk Studio’s authentication process?


Henryk Studio has hundreds of in-house gemologists, horologists, and brand experts who inspect thousands of items each day. You can visit our expert page to learn more about Henryk Studio experts.
The members of Henryk Studio authentication team receive authentication training from experts as well as daily training updates to stay ahead of the latest developments of brands and counterfeiters.

After I receive my item, what if I have a question or concern about its authenticity?

If you ever have questions about the authenticity of anything you buy from Henryk Studio please bring it into a retail location, or contact us at customerservice@henrykstudio.com. We will always take items back to be re-authenticated and will refund the purchase price if you are unsatisfied with the results.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. Orders placed after 12:00pm PT (3:00pm ET) will ship the next day. Unless otherwise indicated, all orders ship through UPS Ground and are expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that orders with multiple items may ship separately. In these cases, you will receive email notifications and tracking information for each shipment. You can view the status of your order, obtain tracking information, and sign up for SMS notifications about your order in the My Purchases section under My Account.

I want to exchange or return my product, what is your return policy?

We offer a simple 30 days Return Policy, if you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions in this link: https://www.henrykstudio.com/pages/returns
You will receive an email from the shipping company with the return label and the instructions to schedule a pick-up date. As soon as we receive your package, the items will go through inventory control and then we will proceed with a full refund minus shipping cost of:

- Spain - 5€, - EU and Canary Islands - 10€, - Other countries - 15€

All returns must be unused and in original condition. For damaged or missing items (such as boxes, cases, cloths and cords) 5 € will be deducted from the refund.

For orders bellow 70 Euro, which were not eligible for free shipping, we will also deduct the original shipping cost paid. We do not profit from returns, we only charge the customer the cost the courier charges us to send and return the items.

*Non-EU countries' changes and/or returns may have duties/VAT costs added to the shipping costs, related to the importation of the goods to Barcelona - Spain.

If the customer does not return the product and does not contact customer support for any clarifications or issues, the product will be determined as accepted.

How long doest it take for returns to be processed?

It can take up to 7 days to proceed with refunds for returned items from the date we receive your parcel in our warehouse and it passes through an inventory control.

Do I receive a product warranty?

Yes, at Henryk Studio we believe in the quality of our goods so all our products are 1 year warranted from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use, lack of care, accidents.

Aesthetic changes due to daily use (lack of shine, scratches, the disappearance of text in temples, etc)
